Sound Transitıs Short and Long term Plans Won't Reduce Congestion. In fact, Congestion Gets Much Worse.

Even given Sound Transit's best-case long-term scenario, 125 miles of light
rail, sometime beyond 2030, time spent sitting in traffic on the freeway
will more than double. Delays on our local streets will almost quadruple.
